Refund policy

Sales & Return Policy:

All sales of USED sets, minifigs, out of the package products, and bulk Lego are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Returns or exchanges on NEW sealed boxed or bagged sets and items will be accepted with a receipt within 30 days and must be unopened and in good condition.

Buyer is responsible for return postage to Bricks & Minifigs Eugene, if applicable.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Cancellation of prepaid parties will result in a $50 cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
